By visting our site or purchasing from our site, you agree and acknowledge the policies contained herein.
SHIPPING
We ship within the United States. Shipping is by UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service. Orders over 20 lbs are typically shipped via UPS. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days Monday through Friday.
Shipping is calculated by the weight of the order. We ship to street addresses and PO boxes within the United States only by US Postal Service. Orders over 20lbs must be delivered to a street address only (no PO boxes accepted as a delivery address).
SALES TAX
We currently charge sales tax to customers with ship to addresses in Indiana. Tax rates vary based on your zip code. If your order requires us to charge you sales tax, the total tax will be displayed during the checkout process.
RETURN POLICY
Products purchased from BadGuyStuff come with a 365 day satisfaction guarantee. If the gear you ordered is not quite what you had in mind, you can return the item for an exchange or a refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 365 days from the date of purchase.
Returns for refund will incur a 20% restocking fee unless it was an item that was sent wrong on our part, arrived damaged, or materially different than what was described on our site. There is NO restocking fee for exchanges. All returned items must be in perfectly new, un-used/un-worn condition, with all components, complete with original packaging and paperwork neat, clean, and intact.
Exchanges
Products purchased can be exchanged within 365 days from the date of purchase. All exchange items need to be in perfect unused condition, with all components, complete with original packaging. There is NO restocking fee for exchanges.
Warranty Issues
All warranty issues are dealt with by the manufacturer of the product. If a problem occurs with your purchased item within the period covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer for a direct resolution of your warranty claim.
Instructions
A) Contact us and let us know which item you need to return or exchange.
B) We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) Number for the item.
C) Repackage the item making sure to clearly write the Return Authorization (RA) Number on the outside of the package. An item's factory packaging cannot be used as the shipment box/packaging. For example, when returning shoes, the shoes in their factory box, must be placed into a separate shipping box so as to protect the original factory shoebox.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders that are cancelled will be refunded back to the customer net of any credit card or PayPal fees, shipping/freight charges, and any other reasonable expenses that have been incurred by BadGuyStuff upon customer's behalf due to customer's order and cancellation.

We collect customer information to communicate with you about our products and services and to improve your shopping experience. We recognize that we must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We do not sell your information to third parties.

BadGuyStuff is concerned about the safety of children when they use the Internet. We do not intend to collect any personal information from individuals under 18 years of age through this website. If we become aware that a subscriber is under the age of 18, we will remove his or her personal identifiable registration information from our files.

SIZING
Measurements on the site are in inches. Most of the measurements are with the item laying flat.
Body Length Tolerance and Body Width Tolerance - this is a measurement of how much the garment will stretch.

LEGAL
There are State and Local restrictions in a few jurisdictions prohibiting the possession or use of stun guns and several other items shown on our web site. BadGuyStuff WILL NOT sell any products in violation thereof.
It is the responsibility of you the buyer, not BadGuyStuff Products to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state and federal laws in regards to the possession and use of our products before placing an order. If you are unsure of your states laws pertaining to any products you want to order, you should consult local, state, or federal authorities to be certain you are not breaking any laws before making a purchase.
All the weapons and products sold on our on line store are either novelty items or are for defensive and training purposes only. We under no circumstances will sell to minors, or to anyone we feel may use our products for illegal purposes. We reserve the right to decline any order. By placing an order, the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that products will be used only in a legal manner. By placing an order for locksmithing tools, the buyer asserts to be, without fraud or deception, a bonafied member of the locksmithing industry, or other qualified personnel.
Having no control over the use of any product once in the buyer's possession, we assume no liability associated with their use. Under no circumstance is BadGuyStuff liable for any loss, cost or damage, of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use, these products, or the suitability of use for any particular task. This responsibility is totally on the buyer. Our products are sold upon the condition that we, BadGuyStuff, shall not be liable for the arrest, accident or injury occasioned during the transportation, handling, storage, sale or use of any product.

In the event of a dispute between the Buyer and BadGuyStuff which cannot be resolved by negotiation, and in the event the Buyer undertakes to sue BadGuyStuff in a court of law, then it is hereby stipulated that venue for any such action shall be only in the State of Indiana.
By ordering from our site, you are certifying that you are at least 18 years of age or older, or you have parental/guardian permission to order from our site. You are also certifying that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner and that you or your parent/guardian has read, understand and agree to the terms posted here on this page. If paying by credit card you are authorizing BadGuyStuff to charge your account the Total shown on the order form.
